Our woodland/pasture pork production model has proven to produce happy, healthy hogs, and results in an unparalleled melt-in-your-mouth pork.

We also offer bulk pork as half and whole carcass quantities custom cut to your specs.

Please bear with us for a few weeks with so much of our pork being out of stock. We have a harvest coming up in late October, and as you can see below, the pickins’ are rather slim in the pork lineup.

This is the challenge of being a raise-it-ourselves farm, we don’t have the leisure of making a phone call and ordering more bacon or sausage to be delivered next week. Thanks for understanding.
