Our hams are cured using the traditional brine recipe that only contains real salt and maple syrup. After brining, we use real hickory to smoke it to just the right flavor for that memorable holiday centerpiece. No artificial colorings or flavors. No citric acid or other preservatives. Simply the old-fashioned ham from yesteryear.
At Pasture to Fork, we believe in raising animals in nature’s template, which is to say outdoors where they have the advantage of full sun, optimal exercise, green grass, and minimal stress. Therefore, our pigs are raised on pasture or in select woodlots.
