Our Maple sausage is a winner for many different applications. Use it to make sausage patties for a tasty breakfast, or to crumble on top of a egg & cheese casserole simply as a side to a salad dinner. Versatile and basic, it’s simply made of our own Pasture to Fork pork, salt and black pepper, and maple syrup.
While commercially made sausage often contains cheap soy or corn based fillers, we disallow our butcher to use anything other than honest ingredients.
