Simple but tasty, our Salt & Pepper pork sausage includes only pasture raised pork, salt, and pepper. No fillers or artificial additives, no chemical preservatives, not even GMO’s or chemicals in the feed regimen of the hogs.
Although simple ingredients may conjure ideas of tasteless or less than supermarket sausage, not so with pasture raised pork. It boasts a rich color and equally abundant. While the pork industry positions itself as “the other white meat”, we believe in a naturally pink and flavorful pork far superior to its supermarket counterpart.
At Pasture to Fork, pigs are allowed to be pigs, and are raised on pasture and in woodlots in tune with nature.
