1/8 Beef bundle

The 1/8 beef bundle is a convenient value package for those who do not have plenty of freezer space but want to save on excellent beyond-organic 100% grassfed beef.

Purchasing meat in bulk is an aspiration of more and more people, largely due to the savings it usually entails. While we've been offering bulk beef and pork for a number of years we see an ever-increasing demand for meat bundles, and recently we've been attempting to make more bundles available. The 40-lb. bundle is the approximate equivalent of an 1/8 cow, and since an 1/8 beef is not available as a custom cut option where the butcher cuts it according to your instruction, we formed a bundle that features a nice variety of steak, roast, and ground beef.

The bundle contains:

20 lb. ground beef – 1 lb. packs

2 lbs. stew cubes – 1 lb.

2 lbs. chip steak – 1 lb.

4 pks. hamburger patties – 20 oz. each.

1 - T-bone steaks – 12 oz.

1 – flat iron steak – 12 oz. pack

2 - summer sausage – 20 oz. each

1 - Delmonico steaks – 12 oz.

1 – Petite Tender steak – 12 oz.

1 – boneless chuck roast – 2 lbs.

1 – round roast – 2 lbs.

1 – package snack sticks or jerky– 8 oz.

1 – beef shank (soup) 16 oz.
