Here is our hickory smoked pork ham brought to an everyday level. Whether you want a lunch meat to spice up your grilled cheese sandwich or need a meat to add to your cheese plate to serve guests, our hickory smoked chipped ham fits the bill. 

For a quick meal serve up an open faced sandwich made of a lightly toasted peice of bread, a slice or two of our excellent Lykens Valley cheese, and topped with a generous portion of chipped ham. Heat it on the oven top, throw on a sprinkling of sauerkraut or kimchi, and you have a not only delicious, but very nutritious sandwich on the run. 

Made from pastured pork and cured in the traditional method using a brine of Real salt, maple syrup, and real hickory in a wood-fired smoker, our chipped ham is the real deal and almost impossible to find in a supermarket setting.
