While there’s plenty of “organic” vegetable gracing the aisles of most supermarkets, often they’re imported from outside the area–or outside the country. For many of us, that’s not ok. We address this by bringing you the best in regeneratively grown vegetables from our own gardens here at Pasture to Fork.
With focus on minimal soil disturbance, adding compost, and always covering the soil with a mulch, our goal is to optimize soils health and subsequently, nutrition in the crop grown. We never use GMO’s, chemicals, or ripening agents, and are adamant about preserving with old-fashioned methods in order to keep as much natural nutrition present.
