Ground turkey is your lean alternative to beef or pork. Very versatile to use by itself or mixed with ground pork or ground beef for leaner burgers or meatballs. Simply season with salt and pepper or the seasoning of your choice, form patties meatballs, use for turkey salad sandwiches, or wherever your culinary imagination takes you.

As is the case with other pasture-based meats, pasture-raised turkey is much higher in omega-3 fatty acids and has a better ratio of omega-6 to omega-3 fats than factory-farmed turkey. Turkey meat, when pasture raised, is far superior to confinement raised turkey due to their high forage consumption. Turkeys, especially when frequently moved to fresh grass, will easily consume up to 50% of their diet in grass and bugs, which adds to their health and wellbeing, as does the fresh air, sunshine, and exercise.

Our turkeys are raised outdoors on pasture and enjoy frequent moves to fresh pasture which results in a flavorful end product that differs from any turkey available commercially. Try it and taste the difference for yourself.
