If you haven't had our raw Greek yogurt, you're definitely missing out. Made from whole raw milk and carefully cultured in order to keep it raw and the vital nutrients intact, our unsweetened unpasteurized Greek yogurt is an essential food for optimal gut health. 

While Greek yogurt has become more popular in recent years, raw Greek yogurt is a rare find, due to so many producers being aligned with erroneous regulations that mandate yogurt to be pasteurized, which is why we do all we can to keep it raw in order to bring you optimal value and nutrition. Add a dash of maple syrup, stevia, or raw honey along with your choice of fruit or berries for an excellent stand-alone dessert or snack. Or just consume it unsweetened as a topper for granola or other cereal.

Our raw Greek yogurt is made using a 12-hour culture time and then some of the liquid whey is drained off to get a consistent texture and smoothness. The draining of the liquid is what determines a Greek-style yogurt vs. other yogurts. But in making a raw unpasteurized yogurt it's much more difficult to have consistency from batch to batch without draining some of the whey to control the texture and consistency.
