Some want steak or chops cut to 3/4", others want it 1", while still others swear by thin cut 1/2" chops. This is especially true for pork loin chops, and our boneless pork loin solves that problem by allowing you to cut your own with a common kitchen knife.
Cut approximately 10" long, our boneless pork loin comes from hogs humanely raised in select pasture lots and woodlots and boasts a beautiful pink-red meat with a nice covering of white fat on the topside. All of which makes for a perfect pork loin chop cut to the exact thickness of your choice.
Our family favorite method of preparation of loin chops is the apple cider vinegar/baking soda/salt marinade and grilling on a simple charcoal grill. Cooked medium rare on the grill is quick and easy and we have found the end product to consistently turn out remarkably tasty.
