Made in small-scale batches by the Esh family in nearby Dauphin County, this garlic & chives boasts a rich cheddar-y flavor with a subtle but noticeable garlic and chives flavor at the end. Not too distinct but just the right blend of herb and cheese mixed together.
In our ongoing relationship with the artisan cheesemakers at Lykens Valley Creamery, we have a deep appreciation for their dedication to not only making an excellent artisanal cheese, but that they take it even further and have their own family farmer who produces a quality-controlled milk solely for the creamery.
