Ah, because we’re not in cahoots with government regulators or the food police we must say “buyer beware”. Although our dairy is relatively tiny (20-30 cows), it is fully equipped with modern stainless-steel equipment and contemporary cooling systems. However, because the PA Raw Milk Permit limits us too much in the products we can offer you, we've chosen not to seek approval of "the powers that be" and want you to know that our dairy is “not government approved for human or pet consumption.” Nevertheless, we are so confident in the integrity and cleanliness of our raw milk that we feed it to our family and have for more than 15 years with no ill effects.
