Our cheeses boast a tangy aroma that comes from the creamy milk of our 100% grass-fed Jersey cows, which speaks to a milk quality that's unsurpassed. Not only is it completely grass-fed (no grain ever), but it's taken directly from the farm to the creamery (no middleman) and then made into this excellent raw cheese. Not pasteurized, nothing removed prior to culturing, and then aged in the creamery's own cave.
