T-bone Steak

T-bone Steak

12 oz. Avg. | Pkg.

You can’t go wrong with a good T-bone. The T-Bone steak has a “T-shaped” bone with meat on either side of it. The cut is taken from closer to the front of the animal, so it has less tenderloin than a Porterhouse cut. However, that doesn’t take away from any of its flavor.

The best way to prepare a T-Bone steak is medium-rare or medium-well. This temperature will allow the steak to retain all the natural juices and flavor. The rest of the preparation is up to your imagination. A marinade with garlic, butter, salt, and pepper. Or add whatever other seasonings you want. You can pan-sear the steak for the necessary time to get a good medium-rare crisp on the outside. A T-Bone steak is great for a romantic dinner for two.

At Pasture to Fork, there’s no funny business. Our beef is 100% grass fed AND grass finished. That means our cattle never eat corn or other grains. And as always, our cattle are free from any antibiotics, steroids, or hormones.
