If you haven't tried 100% grassfed lamb chops, you don't know what you're missing. An amazingly tender meat that has a beautiful layer of back fat on the top side, and the flavor complexity that comes with a bone-in cut where a lot of flavor comes from the bone.
Lamb chops may be the tenderest red meat cut you can get. Perfect for grilling, searing on the stovetop, or even cooked on an open campfire with skewers (as we have done here at Pasture to Fork, for fun, of course). It's hard to get it wrong with excellent lamb loin chops.
