When you need a meat cut for fine dining, look no further than pork baby back ribs. This excellent cut includes about 7-8 ribs with a layer of loin meat on the one side and of course, the tender rib meat between the ribs.

Perfect for grilling as a rack of ribs, or you can cut the ribs apart and slow cook or grill them as multiple single ribs. As always, we recommend seasoning them with simple salt and pepper (perhaps barbeque seasoning if you like) and cooking them to medium rare for a perfect dining experience.
